Kent Harms first began his journey at QCS as a volunteer. QCS was short staffed and needed additional support. His nature for helping others started years ago; he is a retired Middle School Math Teacher and Coach.

Kent has excellent communication skills form all his years working with middle schoolers and high schoolers. Kent enjoys the friendly nature of the staff and providers at Quality Care.

Kent is married to his beloved wife, Dianna, and is the proud father of 3 daughters: Brandy, Brooke, and Melissa. He spends his free time chasing after all 6 grandchildren and their many activities.

Kent’s positive nature, patience, and humor brightens the day to all QCS staff and providers!

The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
