Heather Spence first joined QCS as a home childcare provider! Begin a home provider allowed her to stay at home with her two kids Hunter and Madison. When her children grew older it was a perfect time to join the QCS team. In addition to her experience as a home childcare provider, Heather also has many years of experience in customer service; both pair well when working with childcare providers.

Heather’s biggest passion is helping providers be successful on the food program. Heather not only works with home childcare providers but is also our Childcare Center Specialist. She strives to help make documentation for Center Staff simple and do-able.

Heather’s easy going personality pairs well with both center staff and home childcare providers.

In her free time she enjoys doing all the “mom things” by running children to and from all activities. When she has some downtime, she enjoys reading fiction novels and spoiling her 3 dogs: Udoka, Remy, and Kahn.

Heather has a helping heart, kind soul and excellent customer service skills; attributing to her excellent work with providers and centers!!

The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
